G35 ECU problem

hi everyone

I took my 05 G35 sedan for maintenance in a nissan dealer in my home town .

it was misfiring and moving like a donky .

they told me you have an ECU problem and need to replace it . and the injectors you need to replace them .

is it OK to replace the ECU from a died G35 ? and what else should be replace with it in order to start the car normaly ? I mean keys and remots and security system ?
please I dont want to west my money on an ECU from a died car or new one . I know some one who car repaire it but I dont trust hem .

please replay me any thing befor tomorrow

Not sure what you mean by a 'died' car. But would be fine to put in an ECU/injectors from a wrecked car.

I mean crashed one and throughn in the junkyard
