Since I haven't dove into G info that much, I'm hoping others will know easily. And couldn't find it on a search of NICO.

I have an open diff in my '03 Coupe. Looking around for a VLSD out of another model, but also know that the ratio changes on some of them.

Anyone know or have a link to the different diffs in G35s (or Z33) that are interchangable?

Thanks

Some other searching shows me the 350z AT VLSD is the same, as well as G35 Coupes and Sedans that are AT with VLSD. All still having the 3.3 Final Drive.

I've possibly found a junkyard with a Z33 one for $90, now if I really want to get it or not...

One of the best upgrades you can do is to get the 3.5 FD w/ VLSD. If you are gonna swap to the VLSD then go with the 3.5 IMO.

there are not a lot of 3.3 w/ VLSD options out there. I wouldn't even bother unless you step up the gearing at the same time.

3.5 feels much better over stock - slightly lower MPG at cruising but around town its very comparable.

I don't need any lower MPG, I am just looking to not get stuck in wet grass again, for the most part. Doesn't the 3.5 also require some work to keep cruise working?

This is all what happens when you have filled out your taxes yet you have to wait on the govt about a month to take them. Dreaming of Nismo exhaust, sway bars, diff, etc. All of which I can't really afford.
