G35 Coupe vs 70's model V8 Cougar

We were piggy backing each other down brookparkk road all the way from brooklyn hts to State Rd revving on each other and switching lead positions. then we both got on the highway going 480W. as soon as we merge on the highway, he floors it and all this white smoke comes out his exhaust and you can hear the V8 take off. I'm right on his *** at this time in 3rd, then i put it into 4th and am next to him doing about 80mph. I then drop it back into 3rd, and i push the pedal all the way down, and start pulling on him like it wasnt ****. we then slow down due to traffic, and he gives me the thumbs up, and he gets off at tiedeman road. I never even made it to 5th gear.......I LOVE THAT CAR!!!!! I cant wait for my girl to pick it up from the dealership
