On a 95 mile run thru easten Arizona back highways, I drove my G35 6MT Coupe (with Aero) hard and for fun! Hit 140 twice. There was lots more but my radar detector freaked me out. Zero lift is for real!
I wanted to get to top end, but..... Have any of you guys topped it out, and if so, at what speed? What about limiter?

I'll admit that 125 scared me since my radar detector was going crazy too. I had just gotten a ticket two weeks before I got my car and a red G35 6mt kinda stands out.

For now I will assume you meant southeastern and nowhere near me
Next time you do this get in touch, I can show you a few good straights where I have had my sedan up to an indicated 158. I didn't hit the governor, so my speedo is off by a lot. but that isnormal at those speeds
BTW that is at 5000 ft so I assume you guys in the valleys can get to the governor faster than that.
It only took me 1.5 miles to get up that fast.
For all you guys who say that is dangerous, I drove the road twice before I ran, and it was 2:30 in the morning with a full moon, so the only one I was gonna kill was me.
So Malachi hit me up [email protected] next time you run through up here. South eastern Utah is also a good place for 150 mph runs where you can see cops for like 10 miles away

speedo error, jsut speaking from experience.
every car I have had that is governed at say 115, 95 (my truck), 130 etc has all been off on the speedo, some as much as 15 mph
I will dyno here pretty soon and that will also check the speedo cal up to about 140 mph.
BTW rpms at that speed were about6100 (wasn't looking all that close at that time)
