G35 Coupe Gas Filler Door won't open??

Please help me somebody....'03 coupe door suddenly will not open...have tried what manual says about unlocking with key/fob but no help....how can it be bypassed to open it or can I fix it?? Is it some selenoid burn out, etc.? Wife drove it home on empty and I don't know if I could even get it dealer if it has to taken there...Thanks.

You can access the door from inside the trunk behind the carpet. This will have to be fixed by the dealer at some point though.

Thanks for the answer...checked with Infiniti this morning and they said it would run $200??? Does that sound right? Seemed like a lot...is it hard to DIY?? Thanks again.

you need a gas door actuator...i replaced quite a few in my day...straight forward. not that hard to do.
