G35 coupe electrical tail light mod?

Here's one for the electrical geniuses out there. On my G35 coupe I'd like to have my rear turn signal lamps light with the rest of the LEDs in regular driving mode. But, still have it blink on/off or dim/bright when signaling for a turn. Right now the outer lamps are dark except when signaling. Reason? Purely aesthetic, to make the car look wider and more GTR-like.

I haven't heard of anyone doing this. Should be an interesting mod that I am sure someone around here would have an idea on how to do it. You may want to make a post in the online mechanic section. I am sure that there are people there who know about Infiniti wiring. I would like to see what it looks like if you get it done.
