My question is on tires. I am looking to buy a G35 Coupe , I hear a lot stories on the tires , Can anyone tell me what kind of life you should get on these performance tires , or what would be a good tires to replace them with when I need too.. I will be using the car more for pleasure and do not plan to run it hard.

Welcome to NICO!

Some G35 owners are finding themselves going through tires in 12,000 to 13,000 miles. Particularly the softer compound tires!

I think that you should be able to get closer to 20,000 miles out of a decent set of tires, if you are not looking for the ultimate in stickiness and performance. There are lots of possibilities for good brands and models that can achieve this.

Check out http://www.tirerack.com for more info. I'd recommend something like the Avon Tech M500 (low cost, but good tire) or Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 (more costly, but excellent wet weather tire) or Michelin Pilot PS2 (expensive tire, but you get what you pay for!)
