G35 Coupe 19" rims will require a fender roll on a 2006 Sedan?

Just picked up a 2006 3.5SE manual in red.Looking to pickup some lightweight rims (in GTA ..Ontario Canada).

Was looking at G35 coupe 19s... and wondering if anyone else has tried these on stock suspension on a 3rd gen?

Will I need to roll back the fender lip?Will I get rub from bumps on the road?

(Yes I know rubber will be expensive on 19s and staggered rims).

Note: I've spotted 2008 coupes installing these with pics on forums... but uncertain how well that will apply to my sedan.
