No baking. I'm not using pre-preg CF. I'm doing it the hard way and laying up the CF sheets with high-quality epoxy (West Systems).

Pictures of the first draft.

My wife and I did these on Friday night with no light and 50 degree temperature. I just wanted something done by Saturday so I could show the guys at the meet.

The finished product will have a much smoother finish, rolled edges and better fitment on the corners (we just epoxied them, didn't actually mold the corners. Next time will be different.)





The fitment will be much better on the next one. The corner on this one isn't at a 90 degree angle (that's how it's held on, by force lol) so it pulls makes the lip look deformed as it curves towards the front.
