G35 CD player error message F3

I am now a proud owner of a 03 G35, however, I purchased it used from my friend's Audi dealership, and coming to find out that the CD player is giving an error F3 message. Any help on fixing this issue? I have heard to disconnect the battery for 30 seconds, or disconnect the CD player as well for a few. Thanks!

there were reported issues about the cd players. the manual in mine says not to use burned CDs with lables on them, but mine work ok, but tend to get haywire when switching discs while drving. but the battery disconnect will work temporarily. take it to an infinity dealership. if you are under the 60000 mile warranty it may be covered.

Great, so if under 60k, Infiniti will warranty this problem? I didn't think they would cover anything not under warranty anymore... thanks for your help!

Welcome to NICO evil.

I believe that there was a TSB out on the CD player issue. Usually Infiniti is pretty good about handling all TSB's at no charge regardless of warranty.
