G35 catback exhaust

Last week, just helped friend build his G35 exhaust system with godspeed catback ordered from amazon.com. And building another one today and he ordered from speedyracer.com which is much cheaper, surprisingly, the catback from both places are identical as far as I can tell,

Is godspeed different name of EMUSA.. try to clarify it so not end to pay more in future?

Many of the Chinese parts are the same but sold under different names.

Both seem to be knock-offs and from what I've heard of those products they are not the greatest quality and have lots of rasp and drone. One of those "you get what you pay for" scenarios.
