I posted this question while back, and it appears that i still need some help.I found some G35 Brembo brakes, and wanted to mount them on my 98' 240 SE. Im pretty sure the actaual brake is direct bolt on but the question i have is do i have to have the master cylinder/booster pump from a G35 or can i use the one that came with my 240? Let me know if you have any other advice, or any suggestions about it.

Thanks

You should only upgrade your MC if the pedal feels mushy (long travel before brakes start to bite). You dont have to use the G35 MC, you could use the standard 17/16" Z32 MC. How big is the G35 cylinder??

I met a guy with the G35/350Z Brembos on his S14. He said the mounting holes are the same (center to center) but the bolt holes on the S14 upright have to be drilled out to accomodate the larger bolts.

Thats it...
