When I use my left or right blinkers, my rear lights act as if the hazards are on. The front lights act normal. For example: I put my right turn signal on; the front right light blinks, but both of the rear lights blink.

Did you ever find a solution for this issue? Mine is doing the same thing now. My girlfriend was following me to work and noticed when put my left or right turn signals on it was like activating the hazard lights.

I said it wrong. The blinker doesn't "activate" the hazard lights per say. Engaging the blinker gives the appearance in the rear of the car that the hazard are on...But both of the brake lights blink as well as both of the turn signal lights, where with the hazard lights only the brake lights blink.
The front turning signal lights also both blink but not like in the back. Both signals come on, but the opposite signal from the one engaged is very dimly lit.
For example: if I turn hit my left turn signal, and all my headlights are off, in the front, the left turn signal will blink normally, and the right front blinks very dimly. Same scenario in back of car, left signal is engaged, headlights off, both signal lights blink together. If I hit the right signal, the right front signal will blink normally and the left front will blink very dimly. Same in the back.
If my headlights are on, and I hit the left signal, the same thing happens up front, and all rear lights blink. The left and right turn signals blink, as well as the running lights. Interchanging between the taillights and the signal lights.
I know this is confusing... But hopefully someone knows the problem because I don't want to get pulled.
I haven't changed any of the wiring. Nor have I changed any of the bulbs in question. Last thing I changed was a reverse light and that's in an entirely different light panel.

What do you figure blew the fuses? There are several involved in blinkers/hazards so be sure they're all good. If your '03 is a coupe this should help:

'03 sedan here:

If fuses are ALL good and you are using stock bulbs (not LED replacements) then as Telcoman says next best guess would be you lost a ground somewhere and you will need to trace it.

thanks in advance.

some ideas...
'03 sedan or coupe?

You said: "... Nor have I changed any of the bulbs in question. Last thing I changed was a reverse light and that's in an entirely different light panel..." Did this blinker problem start right after you did that? If so, you might want to retrace your steps make sure you did the 18w single filament incandescent backup light, and that the rear combination lamp's connectors all got solidly reconnected.

Then you said this: "... both of the brake lights blink as well as both of the turn signal lights, where with the hazard lights only the brake lights blink..." This confuses me because as far as I can tell the brake lights should not be involved in either the turn signal or hazard lights circuits. The LED stop lights (and center lamp) are for brakes only. Is your center lamp on a wing or in the back window?

Also take a look at fuse #19 in the inside fuse box near the driver's left knee. That one is involved as part of the grounding circuit of the hazards. Kind of a long shot but a simple thing to check first.

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!! IM SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW!! So I found out it wasn't fuse 19 that was bad. It was the stop lamp fuse, #20. Tried to replace it, and every time I did, the fuse would pop instantly! I couldn't even get my car out of park at this point. I Searched around online for the culprit, and read to check the brakelights first to see if any had blown, if it was it could possibly be causing a short.

As I was taking out the brakelight, I noticed a single worn wire that was rubbing up against one of the brake light screws. I propped it so it didn't rub against it, put a fuse into #20, and it didn't blow instantly!!! All my problems are solved for now lol. I really appreciate ya'll helping me out.

Wow, good find! Also good to know that can be the cause of such weird symptoms. Could save others some time.

Thanks!!! That's the way I look at it too. Had to come back and let y'all know in case anybody else had the same problem. I keep seeing old posts, like this one, just left hanging with my exact problem and it's frustrating.
Very gratifying. I got extremely lucky on that one.
