g35 belt screeching/squealing and belt burning smell

my g35 screeching/squealing when i start it up sometimes, or if i put pressure on the engine the belt also has a burning small when it squeaks, the noise is coming from the passenger side of the car where the power steering pump alternator and the idler pulley is
i think its the idler pulley that is causing the noise.

It does sound like a idler pulley or another one of the pulleys being a pain. Does it go away or get worse with A/C use?
