G35 armrest 2003 model..with or without?

I am looking to buy a 2003 G35 6 speed, and have been to 2 different dealerships, one of the cars had no armrest and just a flat console, the salesman told me all of the g35's with manual trans. were like that. Well I went to a different dealership and the other manual trans. g35's all had a small armrest on the console. Does anyone have any info on why the 2 were different?? Thanks.

I think the first 03's did not have an arm rest, but then the 2003.5 had one. Are you looking at sedan or coupe. My 03 sedan has the armrest.

i just noticed this today when i was looking at an 03 for sale. no armrest kind of bugged the hell out of me. i may even lose sleep over it. ive been looking for a g35 for some time now and finally found the one i thought i wanted but the no armrest bugs me. is there any way to just buy a replacement 2003.5 center console so it has the armrest?
