Will the automatic transmission out of a Nissan 350Z interchange with a Infiniti G35 coupe automatic transmission ?

Early 5AT had an external TCU while 2004 [varies by month] to current have an internal TCU.

If the number of connectors and harnesses match.

There may be slightly different software in TCU whether internal or external between G and Z. If diff gear ratios are identical a swap will probably be functional.
