I just purchased the 35 and im just getting used to driving it.

I wanted to ask a question to see if this was totally normal.

The scenario was me driving along in auto mode at 20mph 2nd gear, i decided to hit the gear shift in tiptronic mode simaltaneously. On the screen it displayed gear 3. The car had sort of slipped forward / jolted.

Is that normal to occur or should you be at a stationary poisition to take off in tipronic mode?

probably normal...the AUTO is a "learning" device. The previous driver might have babied it.

my 07x does that too. it pulls forward then boggs down for a sec. if its normal then so be it. i only got a 1000 miles
