G20t O2 sensor and reset check engine light

My 19y/o now working at Yellowstone had check engine light come on in South Dakota--car is '94 G20t with 68K--local Nissan dealer id'ed prob as O2 sensor and reset light but did not have replacement part--I can replace the sensor(I think) with him when I visit later this summer--any recs on part(OEM vs other) and resetting light that has come back on--thanks much

Try Sparkplugs.com for the O2 part, or Joe at Scottsdale for an OEM. Either option should work. Plenty of members here running either option.
