G20 transmission trouble

I have a 2002 Infiniti G20. Once or twice per week the automatic transmission won't shift out of first gear, especially when accelerating strongly from stop light or on freeway onramp. I had a transmission shop change out a speed sensor and the problem still exists.

Any suggestions?

Is it when its warmed up or all the time just randomly?
