just wondering if this has ever been discussed at all. i always wondered if the suspension on the g20 was adjustable in stock form. it looks to me like it has a notch to adjust the front suspension at least, i havent checked the back, nor have i actually tried to fool around with it.

just wondering if anyone has knowledge about this?? could this be for when they are being shipped on those 18 wheeler car carrier trucks and they are lowered to fit on the truck? and if thats what the purpose is, does it make the car un-drivable to adjust that??

the reason im asking is because i was wondering if this could make for a cheapo lowering job, and the effects it would have on the car.

What sort of notch are you referring to?

I sincerely doubt Nissan built in any adjustability, and even if you could jury-rig it, you'd definitely shorten the life of the shocks in the process.

The only adjustments are for toe. You would have to get adjustable control arms for camber.

None are OEM adjustable, unless you have KONI's or other type of aftermarket option installed on the NEW car purchase? Like stated before these are tie-downs that make the rides appear lowered on the transit vehicles. You must secure them to the trucks or they will fall off and you must employ more than 1 device to secure them. Tie downs, & chains, straps, on and on. If you do get a suspension get a combo with shortened struts or check the sr20 forums for '98sr20ve' he can manufacture your OEM struts to make them shortened. Don't ask how he does it, however this will be ideal with lowered springs. http://www.sr20forum.com/ BTW Auto ZOne, Pep-Boys, & others sell shackle kits that allow you to slightly compress your springs giving you that lowered look. Though like another valued brother stated earlier in this thread you'll only suceed in damaging your struts over time.
