My G20 started stalling on startup today after I washed it. It will start, then die as if it isn't getting enough gas. What could cause this? It's never done this before when I've washed it.

Did you wash it under the hood? If so pull your spark plug wires and see if there's water standing down in those ports... I have a friend with a G20 that had that same problem. We wicked up as much water as possible, and things seemed to smooth out after a while - then we replaced the plugs, wires, dist. cap, etc. and it ran like a champ.

Didn't wash under the hood, but water may have gotten under there anyway....

Hmmm... I'd just check the electrical connections for corrosion, water, etc. You shouldn't have too much water in there. Maybe it's unrelated to the wash?

After the first time it happened I thought it was either the MAF sensor ground, or the IAC or IAR valves, but it disappeared on its own and only reappeared after I washed the car again, so I think it's probably something to do with washing it.
