G20 Exhaust Rattle

My 95 G20 has developed a rumble coming from the rear part of the exhaust, making it sound louder. It almost sounds like something has broken loose in the rear part of the exhaust and is vibrating and causing the noise. Any ideas on what could be loose or need replacement?

Could be a shot hangar or a loose heat shield. Put the rear on stands, get under there and tap around with a rubber mallet.
