g20 engine/trans possibilities

was recently given an 03 ser 2.5 engine was wondering if it would fit in my 96 g20 or if it was even worth it my sr20 is worn n tired was also wondering if replacing the 5spd with a 6 spd was possible without to much work thanks in advance
