Do any of the lights work, head lamps? I would start checking fuses.

Hmmmm ..The dash lights, clock and radio are ignition switched, but the parking lights and brake lights are not. Odd things like that usually suggest a bad ground somewhere, but as you hear an unusual click when the brake lights go on (or when the dead circuits get kicked into life), could be a relay behind the dash that is on the blink.

Try feeling behind the dash (while parked, ignition on, engine off of course) and stepping on the brake pedal to isolate where the clicking is coming from.

I checked the loud Clicking i heard was The Lock on the Shifter releasing when u hit the break ....... I checked the Lights again and The Dash Lights ,Clock and Radio Lights go on when u hit the brake Also the when u hit the brake the Parking lights in the front come on and go off as soon as u let go and there's no running lights in the back either?????

What Would be the easiest way to find a bad ground wire ????

So that clicking sound is normal - not any louder than it used to be - and therefore doesn't help with isolating anything.

I think you will have to find a wiring diagram and see where the grounds are, then start with looking at the ones that would be most subjected to moisture and rust. When you hit the brakes, the other circuits seem to be using the brake light ground. It is not definitely a bad ground, but I would say that is the most likely, and the first place to look. You might have to wait for other clues from people who have had the same problem.

Here's a similar problem, but no solution indicated:http://www.autostalk.com/ford-....html

Another thing to check for is a partly failed double-filament bulb in the rear/stop lights where the broken filament hangs over the other one and causes strange results - not sure the G20 used double-filaments, but worth a look.

you may also try removing the bulbs and retesting with 1 out at a time

i had this honda that for no reason the inner break lights shorted everything in the rear out

i would find a wiring diagram for the lights and any one of the interior circuits that are having problems look at the common connectors

if you have any aftermarket electrical crap wired up check your splices make sure they are good
