G2 gold epoxy caliper paint

Does anyone have experience with this paint, especially the gold one?

It looks nice but I just wanna make sure the gold is not just a shade of yellow. I emailed the company but no answer yet.

if they say its gold, then its probably gold. its probably fine, i say go for it.

Wow, they want a lot of money for that kit. You know Duplicolor has a Caliper paint kit that's somewhere around $15-29 at Autozone so you don't have to wait for them to ship it. Don't know if they have gold though.

well i have the silver, and It came out pretty good. paint itself goes on nice and even. quick hit with the hose and its clean. I think I got it for like $35 or so shipped. I think it might even have a life time gaurantee not to chip or fade too, but don't quote me on that.

yes, it's a little pricey but the finish seems to be much nicer than the regular spray paint. on ebay the paint is about $30 which is not that bad.

hey 97k-t, i'm guessin it's the calipers in your sig, they look nice. How did you do the "NISSAN" part? Did you just leave it unpainted or did you paint it with white?Could you post some better pix of your brakes painted?thanks

paint the whole caliper then use some sandpaper on the lettering.

I just sanded off the nissan part with really fine grit sand paper Aluminum looks nice when it's slightly polished!
