I was at a Toyota dealership today buying my daughter a car. When I got in my car to leave, I ended up with 4 salesmen drooling over my G. It was funny. I was showing them my car and showing them all the cool features. They were just asking me all kinds of questions and talking about what a great car I had.

Isn't it supposed to be the other way around?

My moms new husband was shopping for a new Camry when I bought my G, and instead of having a sweet Toyota in the show room, they had a G37.

You pervs! j/k

I'll snap one for y'all. Her 21st birthday is Thursday. Really makes me feel old. I'm taking her to the casino. She is one of the luckiest people I have ever known. We have been waiting for a decade to see if some of that luck might pay off.

toyota makes a good car but they dont have a damn thing worth looking at right now. Nowadays, when I think toyota, I think retirees doing 58 in the left lane or taking highway off-ramps at 20mph with the turn signal blinking and the brake lights lit up.

Well....if y'all promise you won't kick me off the board, I will tell you what I was really buying her. An '08 Honda Civic Coupe. I just bought her an '06 in June and she totalled that out the first of the month. She is still in school and I want her to have something cheap and fuel efficient. That car really protected her. She totalled the car and walked away with only bruises. That is all a parent really cares about.

NO....I'M NOT GOING TO BUY HER A G!

I agree. Toyota has become the new Buick. My Mom is 87. She has always either driven a Cadillac or a Buick. She bought an Avalon about 2 years ago.

haha I had a similar experience except I was at Infiniti of Costa Mesa. I guess not that many modded Gs go there cuz they don't want to void their warranty?

She got into a heavy rainstorm on the interstate and it hydroplaned. A sign caught her and kept her from going off into a ditch. We were lucky as Hell that the car was all that was totalled.

Allison was always my car club's sweetheart. She was 11 when I joined. They would always let her draw anytime we had a drawing. She picked her name or our name so many times they made her quit.
