G fantasies from way back when

EDIT: this is 99QX4 but my wonderful Ronnie was logged on my computer and didn't log off so i just posted this in his name until maybe a mod can help me out here?! )

Sooo i came across something while cleaning just now and it brought me back to a college ceramics class from a couple years ago. Before I got the G i used to dream of the day when i too would be a proud G owner...but in the until that day came i would attempted to achieve that feeling G-owner in any creative way i could. For example:

Soo do you guys have any pics or stories or am i the only weirdo on here that does things like this?

I used to oogle over the dealership business card. They had a beautiful shot of the G from above and in front of the car. I also had one of the early G35 brochures that I studied and still probably have in my file cabinet.

OK so I am probably the dummiest one. I did not looked at them till I've got sick of my Saab. I went shopping and looked everywhere. No luck. I did not like any of the cars. I testdrove almost everything. I left Nissan dealer alone because "I knew" there is only the Z worth something. I never even thought about the Infiniti. (our dealership has both together). My wife just we should stop at Nissan we should stop(I drove by that time). Ok ok lets stop.

We walked in and saw the G in the showroom. They just put it in 2 hours earlier( they received the 07 sedans a day before). Me and my wife looked at each other, smile on both of our face. We walked there and checked it out inside. Looked at each other again. No word needed. We have been married for 14 years. We know each other. I testdrove one and knew that is the car I want. I went to my bank told them to write a check and went back to the dealer with the check. Since that never looked any other car the same. I keep testdriving everything but not the same way.

Thanks Infiniti to put smile on my face everyday. I know it is not a coupe but I never been a coupe guy. I can imagine how you coupe guys feel. You probably more conected then I am. Well Jacko for sure.

LOL yeah and incase you missed it at the begining of the post the cup was made by me but i accidentally posted under Ronnie's name and couldn't delete it...on that note, i also made a Goofy mug.
