FYI-KA24E racing pistons on sale for $299

I just happened across this looking for parts for my new car and I thought that some of you would with the KA24E would find it interesting. I'm pretty sure they are forged, atleast that is the impression they made on me, but check them out. The KA24E listing is about in the middle of the page.

not bad... im doubting forged tho...just because of the price. if they got deep ring lands, then really, i dont care about forged or not.

well, like I said I am pretty sure they are forged, but I wasn't completely sure. I guess someone could call and ask. Hey, you're an MR2 guy!! That is what I just bought(my "turbo_nismo" was stolen, so I got a 91 MR2 n/a . Do you know a lot about them?I really want to make this new car go, but I don't know much about the 5S-FE engine, as I am starting all over. Would you mind sharing some info? I just called Ron at Race Engineering and he said that they are in fact forged pistons, by Wiseco. That's a great deal!. Just think I paid 650 for my JE pistons. Too bad they are 10.5:1 compression. I guess I'll list them on the N/A forum.

They also offer 9:1 89.5mm (0.020 over) pistons for $409 for KA24DE's. I ordered mine yesterday and got em today.
