Just got an email back from Memoryfab...

"Hi Bruce, thank you for the inquiry. Fabulous Profound Dish has unfortunately been discontinued early this year"

I was interested in 2 of the wheels so I guess it helps me better with the decision making unfortunately. And I really like the profound wheels

You drive a boat huh? Do you actually think your snide comments about wheels that might not be your cup of tea impress anyone?

I don't like those wheels either, but people have DIFFERENT tastes. Thank GOD, otherwise, everyone would be driving cars at stock height with pathetic looking 15" wheels.

2005Q45, are all Fabulous wheels discontinued or just that model? These are my favorites by them:

This is the second instance where I've seen you "slam" maxnix's comments.

I thought his remark was rather funny.

Do you have a beef with him? Just curious...

second time falk has "slammed" max's remarks, but like 100th time max has "slammed" anyone who posted anything aftermarket. What is most interesting is that I am assuming he does not know that fabulous wheel centers are forged on one of the most powerful and sophisticated forges in the wheel industry (esp in Japan), and are engineered to be a lot lighter and stronger than they appear, and definitely a lot lighter than most other aftermarket AND oem wheels out there, and for sure lighter than most other aftermarket wheels of similar design (dish face). But of course he didn't know that, so we can just assume that his post stemmed from ignorance of the facts. so now he, and we, all know.

EDIT: BTW, fabulous wheels still attainable.. even "discontinued" models. You just gotta know who to ask..........

I don't have a beef with him, but I get tired of every time someone posts something like this he's got nothing good to say, just some smart as5 comment about them being "anchors" or something if they're any larger than 17-18". IMO, if you don't like something what the hell is the point of insulting others that do? I think a stock ride height car with aftermarket anything looks like poop, but I don't go say that to everyone that does it.

OTG, what would s set of staggared 19" Genesis "anchors" go for anyhow?

I'll try and remember to find out about the fabulous wheels this coming week... I was thinking of picking up a set of the Genesis also... imo they look very nice and are reminiscent of the audi a8 wheels
