FY33 Q45 Front Bumper Cover replacement

I want to replace the Front Bumper Cover on my 97 q45.
Can anyone point me in the right direction and give me some tips as to how i can get the Front Bumper Cover off to replace it?

I would like to take some photos of how i got it off and post on here for all the see. But first i need to know how to get the thing off and try to avoid messing anything up in the process. I have 2 97 Q45 cars that i really like and i want to take the bumper off one and put it on the other. I would really appreciate any tips or help.
