I have a 2009 fx 50 with 3900 miles on the clock. the tires are very badly worn for such low milage. i was wondering if anyone else has experienced this before i bring it back to the dealer. unfortunately the car got "t boned" after only two weeks with only 200 miles on the clock, but the tires are wearing out so evenly that i really dont think the crash had anything to do with it.

Are the tires wearing unevenly? If so, I'd have the alignment checked. Might be as simple as having an alignment done.

Any update on this from the dealer yet?

Even if your daily commute includes a couple burnouts the tires should be holding up fairly well at 4k miles. The vehicle is extremely powerful and I can see how its easy to be carried away with it, any chance for tread depth measurements?

The dealer may have some lee-way to get you a new set of tires for the vehicle, Infiniti goodwill is fairly generous.
