Fx50 2010
Hello every one , i need help cause i cant figure out what would be the problem, few weeks ago i changed the spark plugs for my car and two days later i noticed the below symptoms:

1- water drops from tailpipe and continuous vapor , could be coolant.

2- when car is cold, coolant reservoir is above the limit and less when checked the cap in engine.

3- battery positive holder fuse blown, replaced it and blown again at cold start.

3- coolant is missing like 150 ml every four or five days.



Two days ago engine started to vibrate a bit at idle or low speeds.



I really appreciate any ideas on what could be the problem .
