FX35/Murano Bluetooth/mp3 Player questions

I am currently considering a purchase of a FX35 or Murano. I am looking from 2008 (09 for Murino) to 2010. What information can I get about the Bluetooth functionality and "iPod" connection in the various years. Specifically, can I connect other MP3 players other than iPod in any of these year's? What years can I stream music from my Droid X? What about the same function in a Lexus RX350?

Any random info would also be appreciated.
