(2004 FX35)- Only 50,000 miles. My passenger side seat (fwd & aft) switch does not work. I noticed it working intermittent about a month ago and finally just stopped completely recently. The other control switches on that side will work with no problems. I can let the seat up and down, lean back, fourth but not fwd, and aft.

How can I determine if it is the motor that controls the whole plate housing or if it is isolated just to the fwd /aft switch only?

I'm in the same situation except my seat wont adjust up and down only forward and back lol. I believe it's the switch not the motor since your other switches are working. I just spoke with a rep from infiniti and the switch is about 195 =/
