Hey Everyone! This is Courtney from Infiniti of Scottsdale. Not only have I been working for Infiniti for 5 years, but I also own a 2005 G35 and know a lot about them and the warranties that are available. If any of you are looking for info on an Infiniti Elite Extended Warranty, would like a quote or brochure sent to you, please contact me. I've been helping out a ton of Nico members on the M35/M45 forums and thought maybe I could help you out as well. My contact info is below. Thanks and I look forward to working with you all!!Courtney Mutema:)[email protected](480)941-0055

That Elite warranty is one of the best you can get and will run under $1,500 for 2 years or 15,000 miles. You don't want to own one of these cars new or used without a infiniti warranty.Repair and parts are not cheap and there is a lot of electronic stuff that can go wrong.Every body cannot work on these machines, You don't want to take it to a butcher. Save yourself some headache don't even consider third party warranties.

I agree with only getting the Infiniti only warranty. If you want to be risk adverse, yes buy it. But Infiniti FX's are reliable. I have 100k miles on my FX and don't spend a lot in maintenance and can take it to my local mechanic.

I think that there are some good third party warranties you can get for this car. Just do your due diligence and you should be fine. There are great resources you can read up on.. take a look at http://www.warrantyreports.com to start...

Courtney, isn't the Elite plan a "maintenance" plan, not an actual repair warranty?
