fx35 Display, Radio, A/C not working

I removed the trim bezel on the front of the radio and unpluged it to install aftermarket sat. radio. When the bezel was plugged back in the radio, A/C buttons do not work and the display does not work. I have checked all circuits -OK, have checked power and grnd. on all corresponding pins on wiring harness for display, radio and a/c- OK. Everything works when you turn ignition on and plug in harness for display, but when you turn ignition off and back on display, radio and a/c does not work. I would appreciate any help I can get, the car has been at the local Nissan dealership for 2 days and all they can tell me is what I already found out before taking it to them.

possibly bad circuit board? i've seen it on the g35s but dunno bout an fx
