I'm totally new around here so please be kind.

I recently purchased a 2010 FX. It was only after purchasing that I noticed some issues with the GPS and occasional issues with the Bluetooth system.

With the GPS the system never finds a satellite, I've turned on show my current GPS location and driven around for 10-20 minutes through a variety of roads and the car never even shows a satellite on the screen, is this a receiever issue and if so, any ideas how to fix it?

With the Bluetooth the phone has signal but occasionally the sound will drop off, the person on the other end of the call can hear me without issue but I can't hear them through the car. Once again, any suggestions or ideas on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated.
