FX 35 2004 Door chime does not work

Hi Guys,

The door chime (key in the ignition, if open the door, the chime should start but it doesn't) for Inf FX35 2004 does not work and it does not allow me to program the keyless remote.

Any one have any idea on how to make the chime work?
Any help would be highly appreciated
