is any diffrence between wheels that are labeled for rwd cars and ones for fwd? I know many wheels dont say one way or another. What happens if I put wheels from an accord or similar fwd car with same bolt pattern on my 240?

On most sets of wheels, the offset will be drastically different.

Offset is the distance between the center of the wheel (where the wheel bolts to the hub) and the inside edge of the rim.

Check out http://www.edmunds.com/ownersh....html for some wheel sizing fundementals.
