fwd/rwd sr20 parts interchangeability?

so after an hour of searching, i suck at it anyway, any one know if the fwd sr20 crank is interchangeable with a rwd crank and rods the same way?

only thing i could find were oil filters, water temp sensors, and oil seals....

I run a sentra crank in my sr..believe its a 91 se-r...honestly been a bit since i swapped it
