FWD Rogue Rattle Sounds while stopped in D or R

I have moved and consolidated this post into a new thread:

I just bought it 3days ago S FWD Base model from Fotana CA.

Only 156 mi on it and It has the rattle sonds from the transmission and also some (di~di~di~) from the passenger side engine hood.

I don't know what to do and i am think about if there is anyway that i can return the car?

i need felp...

Your vehicle is brand new, just bring it back to the dealer.

There could be a host of causes of the noise... not necessarily the transmission.

I seriously doubt that you have the infamous transmission rattle noise...ifyou did, you'd be the first FWD to do so......up to this point, its NEVERhappened on a FWD......ONLY on AWD's.

I'd venture a good educated guess that your noise is something elseentirely....

I am sure that when i stoped at the traffic light (foot on the brake ), I can feel there is more vibration and rattle song come from the gearshift in my hand, but after i loose the brake everything seems normal again. (same when i change the gearshift to R)

I used to drive several cars,but this vibration is definitely strong, so i just want to ask if this is normal? Does this ever happened on your Rogue?

If you are feeling the vibration while stopped, then it is defintely not the transmission or the rattle noise described in this post.

I would try this:

Make sure the A/C is completely off by setting the fan to the OFF position. Reason: The A/C runs when defrost or defrost/heat mode is selected even though the A/C indicator does not turn on. It is normal for some vibration to be felt on an automatic transmission equipped vehicle, esp when the A/C is running.

Thanks fo the reply, This is the video I took in my car tonight . hope someone can help me to explain why when i change my gear, the car has a big shake and rattle sound but when i step on the gas is goes away. I can hear when i stop at the traffic light,especially at night,maybe is more quiet at night..... please help

I am at a loss to explain what is happening.

Have you brought the vehicle back to the dealer to have them check it out? It's under warranty...
