Oh dear god, I miss my 240.

The civic that I ended up getting is great, its a 93 ex coupe, moon roof, power everything .. ect ect..

but jesus, I miss rwd. I was going to go for an LS motor with b16 head and turbo it... just for the summer and then keep it as a secondary car when the 240(when I get one in the future) is in the shop. But now Im thinking Im going to just get a 240 once I have enough. I just dont enjoy driving a fwd car :\

Eventually Im going to get a new motor for the civic and turbo it and all, but I miss my (well not my ... but 240's in general) so much.

Anyone else deprived of rwd, or a 240 because they had to get another car for one reason or another?

Hey, dont worry about drivin fwd. they aint so bad, depending on how you drive it. I love rwd. I will never ever get a fwd. But shoot, when I jump in my sisters integra... a left hand turn at 45 mph brake just milliseconds before the turn, massive nosedive, scratch up the front spoiler just a tad. release break, flick the wheel outside and then whip that shizz back inside, execute nice powerslide...

i tell ya its fun stuff get some understeer up in the bish. its not too bad, we need more people in auto-x ill tell you that. fwd is pretty forgiving but not nearly as rewarding as a rwd. auto-x that civic man, then you wont miss the 240 so much

FWD isn't that bad. You just need an LSD before you can come to enjoy it..

well to me FWD is THAT bad, mike (nismo24oSE) and i went autocrossing at a local baseball stadium parking lot, and my altima just plowed into corners, while mike just coaxed the 24o into them gracefully, you really dont notice a whole lot of difference until you try to have fun on a track/course and thats when it hits you how much more fun RWD is

240s do handle great in the corners(drift or not) better weight/power ratio for balance.

There is a guy who drives a stock altima at the local auto-x here in austin. fool rolls in with hoosiers. he is a great driver, i rode with him and got damn. thats all i said. I wasnt sayin fwd is more fun. hell no, rwd rules. but an fwd can be made into a fun car given that you drive it hard...really hard

well come down here and prepare to see hilarious, you'd be damn surprised how well the altimas handle for being so big and weight 3o88lbs. They may not corner as well as the 24o, but they pull out of the corners just as well and for sure take them on the back straights
