it is possible to drift a fwd car... (without trays) but its more of a powerslide i d guess... i used to do it on my exs 2dr accord (hahah she thought that thing was fast... too bad we broke up before she got her late gen prelude, i woulda had alot of fun tryin to break tires loose with the traction control... (it was an sh...) (does that stand for ****ty handling?)

Sport Handling, and although I love my 240SX, a 5th gen Prelude was my first choice car to get. Of course, I say was, because now I want to drive my S13 forever!BTW, I know you were joking, but I just had to stick up for Preludes. I hate it when those anti-rice websites see a prelude with one sticker and act like it's a riced out civic...

yup i know what you mean but the cocky honda owners are like that to they act like if you get cheap rims your rice and the bad thing about it is they think 240sx are riced out bandwagon's and that its the the thing to do now ahhh that gets me mad when they say that

The Prelude SH made best handling car of the year under $30,000 in C&D (of course that was before the ITR came out). The SH doesn't have "traction control" as you call it...it's an active differential...electronically controlled. And as for the ****ty handling remark, I'm willing to bet that stock for stock, it would be able to take a 240 in a straight line and in the curves. And SH stands for Super Handling

i'm not trying to flame anyone but does anybody else notice how someone always has to get technical with what things are called? of course it is helpful and educational but it's just kinda funny to me at least.

I correct things as often as possible because I hate to see misinformation flung around. Bad information floating around everywhere really kills a board. I mean, say I'm a noob, or even someone who has been here a while, I read something on here that isn't true, but someone says it is, like the size of a certain part for example, and I got out and spend $200 on it, find out it's wrong, and get f*cked out of $200 because someone THOUGHT something was true and didn't take the time to look up the facts. Phew, that was one long sentence. So, that is why you might see me correcting information..sorry if it bugs someone, but I don't do it out of a$$holeness (not a word, I know). If I spew something off that's untrue, I would hope that someone might catch it and correct me, just to save headaches later.

i agree with u completely pablohoney. i would be pissed if i wasted hundreds of dollars on something that someone thought as well but then again buyers should always find a respectable place to double check their info.

the 5th prelude type-SH's are amazing cars. they are very fast, handle great, and have a good stereo :) my best friend had one. it was 5-speed (they all are) and would FLY. didn't have the torque of my 240 at all, but once you got up past 4500RPM's or sumthin like that, you took off.

The difference between trying to "drift" in a honda, and drifting in a silvia is astounding. I tried drifting in my civic, like a lot of people say, its more of a powerslide at best. Drifting in my silvia for the first time made me feel like an *** for talking to people about how I drifted in my civic.

I hate you =P Yes, I owned a Honda. It had wheels, it was lowered, had the basic I/H/E. It was slow..very slow...ran 16.4. It was pretty though...I can at least say that. So Daunttless....eat me =)
