FWD DE TPS compatable to RWD? WTF IS WRONG WIT HMINE!

I know the KA one is, but is the FWD sr? I can get thes things easier and cheaper. I need one today and the junkyard is closed. I tested mine, and I picked up .04 volts unplugged, I plug in the harness. Turn key on, not car, and test again into the wire and its still only .04 volts. So I removed the TPS, and tested it, same thing.

Is my TPS bad? The voltage doesnt change.
