I want to venture a guess that it will be like ANY other fwd vehicle in winter. If you lose traction to the front wheels, thats it... Youre not going anywhere.

Buy a good set of wither tires for the front and back.

We don't get much winter here in NC, but I did take my 2014 FWD out in the snow and ice. It handled much worse than other vehicles that I have owned. I attribute this to a couple of things:

1) using the OEM all-season tires.
2) that being my first CVT in bad weather. I'm used to autostick letting me choose my starting gear.
3) that being the first time I had that particular vehicle out in the winter weather.

When these tires need to be replaced, I will still go with all-seasons (based on where I live), but I'm sure there are better options out there.
