-turbo plumbing
-electric fan maybe
-twin turbo trans
-twin turbo aluminum 30 mm brakes (unless I get. Brembo calipers of the skyline gtr )
- twin turbo spoiler(better spoiler suggestions welcome)
-ssr d5r (willing to sell for a good price )
-torico blues shocks(good choice or do you have suggestions)
-I will purchase a jdm facia
-idk what to do ecu wise should I get a jdm ecu take the ecu outta my twin turbo get a stand alone orpiggyback my na ecu
any suggested engine upgrades besides the obvious gasket and seals replacements mind you I want my z to still have the ac and other features
I may go forged internals idk yet will most likely upgrade the turbos and looking at the ash spec intercoolers

The only way this will be successful is if by "No real set budget" you mean Image like 7 figures in the bank rich. With the Z32 it is quite easy to get to $20k+ during a build because the farther you get into it the more you want to replace and upgrade "while you're in there" and that isht adds up real quick. I started (when I was 18) with an idea to swap my NA to a TT, no real set budget, I had some cash at the time, wanted to get her running over a summer. Well, it took me 7 years to get her on the road because I didn't know what I was doing, I didn't plan well, I ran out of funds, and then when I graduated high school, life happened. So trust me when I say this you need to have a good plan and try to stick to it, or if you change it do so having put the thought in. Even if you are Scrooge McDuck rich it still helps to have a plan of attack.

What will be the car used for and power goals? This will at least get you started on budget.

I would say that budget first and foremost will dictate the power goals but yeah you could start there too. Unless you Oprah Rich, in which case hows about some sharingz?

The one thing to watch out for is once you do all the work once, will you ever want to do it again. I curse at my car all the time when I'm working on it, even for little stuff, that why I say you should plan well, doing anything more than once will get old fast.

Oil cooler and Radiator have to be swapped from the TT. Also your callipers should be the same unless the 2+2 was an early production model.

Easiest way is to measure the thickness of the rotors, if they are 30mm thick. Then they are the same as the TT. Early model 90 NA had 26mm.

I started here because this is the best plan for you^^^, and will be about 10 grand in parts and labor unless you can do the engine work yourself which could save about 40-50% costs that you can use for those GTR Brembos you mentioned and anything else for the swap such as ECU/AFC tuning needs or other things (rad, any other misc. you can't swap from your TT).
If you look at my build that's my basic path I took, although I had it done by a Z pro...plus had the ECU change and the Apexi AFC added which you would need to make the injectors and rest of turbo setup work. Hopefully any savings from doing your own labor could be used for extras...of which there are many and will cost you time figuring out and locating id you are not already dealing with those Z32 vendors and people-in-the-know.
As "Les Grossman" mentioned, this is where the lost time and frustration comes in... :chuckle:

Good luck!!

Nistune used to rock, but from what my Z guy said he had to ditch it because he couldn't do a proper tune anymore and we went with something else that fit my needs and budget. Can't elaborate much as it's not my bag by any means, but I believe it was due to no more eprom tuning capability?
Maybe others can go into more detail.
