Fusion CS-AT1100 - Installation Tips

My wife just bought this for me as a gift (http://www.fusioncaraudio.com/australia ... oduct.aspx), and I'd like to hear any tips on installing. Do I need to go all the way to the battery for power or can I splice into the under the seat subwoofer? How about some sort of adapter to power it from the 12V that's already back there? For the signal, do I need to come off of the under the seat subwoofer, or how about off of one of the speakers in the rear?

I want the least invasive, but I still reliable method.
