The battery in my '07 G35 sedan died. After I replaced it everything worked fine except the auto up on both front windows, auto down works fine. I would guess it is a fuse but from the manual and/or fuse box can't determine which one it is. Anybody know?

I had the same problem. Disconnect the battery for a few minutes and try again. You will probably have to do the window reset procedures directly afterward.

Same thing happened when I disconnected my 08 battery.
There is a procedure that resets the auto feature.
I think that I manually opened then raised the window.
Hold the switch in the up position for 5 to 10 seconds....I think.

Start with the windows down. Hold the up position while the window goes up. When it hits the top, keep holding the switch for 5 seconds. Test. Repeat if the auto up/down does not work.
