fuses, relays, fuse links???

i have no idea what im talkin abouti need some helpi recently changed my battery and now the only things workin are my radio and headlightsno taillights,blinkers,gauges,windows,wipers,a/ci changed all my fuses inside the car and the only thing that started workin was my radiowhat shudd i look for???please help!!

make sure you have a good ground to the chassis and motor from the battery. Bad grounds cause crazy things to happen.

Make sure you grounded your alternator properly, and check that 75A fuse.

i had the same problem. i was getting my alt tested and when i put it back in, i found out that the 75a fuse blew so what i did was just put a paper clip in it.. it lasted a couple of months but just today it started getting very very hot and smoking.. there is defiantly a short somewhere.. Where could it be?
