I was using a fuse tester checking for blown fuses and found a couple of the 15amp fuses were blown so I replaced the blown fuses and now I have no power, I would appreciate any assistance.

Some background info as to why you were dealing with the fuses in the first place might help us understand your predicament better. Otherwise, make sure you really did check ALL the fuses, including the location behind the battery:

The center consol cigarette lighter and the lights for P,N,D were not illuminating. I used a fuse tester to check the fuses. When I tested one of the fuses I saw a spark and the fuse blew. So I replaced all of the fuses. Now the interior lights, horn, power locks, trunk controls function. The KeyFob doesn't work and the car will not start.

There's that 10A fuse for "Intelligent Key". Swap it or replace it. I have had the experience of a fuse looking OK physically but not actually working.
I'm still concerned about the sparking

And not to assume, have you tried inserting the key fob into its slot by the left knee?
Is the fob unresponsive even when trying to lock/unlock the door or using the buttons for any other functions?

I did as you recommended and tried three different 10amp fuses and finally one of them resolved the problem. Thank you very mmuch EdBwoy, I am greatly appreciative for the advice you provided.
